Cancellation Policy

Dynamic Change Psychology has a 48 hour cancellation policy. We believe that both your time, and the psychologist’s time are valuable. When you book an appointment, the psychologist reserves a whole hour to dedicate to your care and we would also like to encourage you to prioritise your mental health. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. This allows enough time for us to allocate this time to another person on the waiting list for an appointment. ​ More than 48 hours notice – No cancellation fee will be charged Between 24 – 48 hours notice – $100 fee will be charged Less than 24 hours notice – 100% of the session fee will be charged Non-attendance without notice – 100% of the session fee will be charged
